Once itinerary is confirmed 100% of the tour payment has to be made in order to confirm your bookings immediately. 2 Bhutan Travels will not be responsible for losing rooms or tickets due to non-confirmation/ non-payment from the client’s side. You will need to send a scanned copy of your passport (minimum validity 6 months from date of travel) along with your personal information such as your temporary and permanent address and your phone number.
100% payment must be paid in advance before arrival in order to get approved permit
2 BHUTAN TRAVELS must receive the cancellation in writing.
A full refund (less 5% Administrative charges) will be made for all cancellations received more than 30 days (45 days during festive and peak seasons) prior to date of arrival.
Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days (45 and 25 days during festive and peak seasons) prior to date of arrival will incur a charge equal to 50% of total booking.
Cancellations received less than 15 days (25 days during festive and peak seasons) prior to date of arrival will incur a charge equal to 100% of total booking. Late arrivals (i.e. later date than the reserved stay commencement date), no shows and early departures (i.e. depart earlier than the reserved stay duration) will be charged in full.
Hotel rooms will be booked as mentioned in the package inclusions. Any upgrades in rooms/ hotels will incur a higher cost accordingly.
Tour cost does not include Travel insurance of any kind. Travel insurance must be obtained from your place of residence. Tour Operator will not be liable for any sickness, injury or death sustained during your tour in Bhutan.
All rates and conditions applied above are subject to change depending upon the policies of the Royal Government of Bhutan which shall be intimidated to you as soon as our office is notified officially about it.
Every effort will be made to adhere to the planned itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and road conditions, changes in flight schedules, national holidays and reasons beyond our control, there might be changes in the daily program itinerary.
